HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
We have a standard 24-48 hour processing time prior to the shipment of all orders. This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays. Please review our shipping methods to receive an estimated timeframe of received your package.
**Due to COVID-19 there may be shipping delays, we are not in control of these days via USPS. We are not responsible for any delays by USPS.

IF I AM LOCAL CAN YOU DELIVER MY ORDER OR CAN I PICK UP?
At this time local pick up is only available if we are at a "POP UP SHOP." Pop up shop information and flyers are always posted to our social media and will soon be sent out via our news letter.

Local Delivery is available. Orders can take up to 24-72 hours to process. No orders will be delivered after sunset. No orders will be delivered on sundays. We will ring bell/ knock and request the name on order. Even if that person isn't available the order will be left. If no answer order will be left. We will stick in mail box or on side of porch if possible. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGE ONCE LEFT OR DROPPED OFF!!
(if there is a certain dates/times you Prefer your package delivered you can us the "CONTACT US" and request that.)This request needs to be sent within 12 hours of orders being placed. THE SOONER YOU SEND, the better the odds we can accommodate. I suggest you list more than one day and at least 2 hour time blocks. THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED!!!!
RETURN Policy.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
-MUST provide original receipt
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original branded tags attached.
- Items must be free of stains, make up, deodorant, cologne or any other signs of wear. **
Styles that are not eligible for returns: All items that are marked down or on sale, accessories including shoes, bags, masks, bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, shapewear and undergarments are FINAL SALE.
-You are responsible for shipping back your own return. If your order was dropped off you will be responsible for a pick up fee. If your order was purchase at a pop up you can ship item back at your own expense or you can pay the pick up fee if available in your area.
We do not accept exchanges at this time, you may return and purchase again.
*FINAL SALE and marked down styles are non-refundable.
**Items that do not meet the requirements are subject to a 30% - 50% restocking fee.
